Saturday, 14th June | Practice: 10am, Competition: 3pm
We will be hosting our second wakeboarding competition on Saturday 14th June called Grassroots Tour, a series of wakeboard competitions run across the UK and Ireland.Our stop of the tour is an official Wakestock Qualifier! We are stoked to be able to offer the Top 3 riders in Open Men and Top 1 Rider in Open Ladies a place to ride at the Rail Europeans at Wakestock.
The Grassroots Tour is all about fun, meeting other riders and learning new tricks, beginner wakeboarders are encouraged to take part as well as more advanced riders.
We have CK Koester coming over from the UK to judge the event and Irish pro-wakeboarder David O’Caoimh will be MC for the day.
The event is free for spectators and the best place to see all the action is on Hanover Quay in front of the Mabos warehouse. Come on down to the Dock for a fun afternoon of wakeboarding and give the riders your support!
What’s happening:
10am – 2pm Practice for competitors
3pm – 6pm Competition
6pm onwards – dockside BBQ (byob)
